AI suggestions are only useful if they reflect your product. The RAG Knowledge Engine ingests your context and retrieves the most relevant snippets whenever the AI drafts copy or designs a workflow.
Ingestion sources
- File upload — PDF, Word, or Markdown.
- Website scrape — point it at a URL and it summarizes and embeds the content.
Content is chunked, embedded, and stored scoped to your organization. Retrieval returns the most relevant snippets for a query, which the AI Workflow Architect uses as grounding.
